Credentialed as a PMI Certified Project Manager (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), he has over 15 years of hands-on and managerial experience in large matrixed organizations and understands how to navigate the corporate environment to execute projects in organizations of all sizes. Troy possesses deep knowledge of Lean and Agile, and knows how to put theory into practice for teams of any maturity level.
